Many of Connecticut's best restaurants, stores, activities, and people are right here in West Hartford. In fact, "We have it all in West Hartford!" is even our tagline. And in a community that has so many diverse offerings, it's about time we have our very own "Best of" contest! That's why we're asking our readers to choose their West Hartford favorites in a number of categories.

The best part: If you participate in our Readers' Choice Poll, you will automatically be entered to win four general admission tickets to our Second Annual "Best of West Hartford" event on Thursday, September 8, 2016.

We've honed in on a group of West Hartford categories for our second year. To begin, nominate your favorite within each category – no more than one per category, please. After June 10th, come back and vote for your top choice among the nominees. 

The event will be held for the winners where they will be formally presented with their award. Every winner will be listed online as well and advertising will be offered – exclusively to winners of 2016. The official Best of West Hartford logo will be made available to 2016 winners for marketing use.  

Consider it a seal of approval from our community.
